Hello everyone, We are excited to officially announce the opening for the SAO Annual Volleyball Tournament registration. Regular registration starts from February 1st - February 28th, after which there would be a $30 late fee. No late fee will be applied to any team in the reservation list. Late registration will begin March 1st-March 8th.
Remember that NO MINORS will be able to participate in the tournament. If a member is turning 18 before or day of the event, they are eligible to play in the tournament. We ask that you respect the facility, facility workers, and Southeast Asian Organization Members when attending the event.
Registration Time: 7:15am
Games begin: 8:00am

2nd place: Trophy
3rd place: Trophy
To be able to register into the event please EMAIL us at *[email protected]*, with your:
- Team Captains Name and Contact (Phone and Email)
- Team Name
- Team Roster
Payment can be made through Venmo or Cashapp. When sending payment please put in the description your team name. Remember that both TEAM ENTRY FEE and SECURITY DEPOSIT must be made to be officially entered into the SAO Tournament.
Last day to receive a full refund for REGULAR REGISTRATIONS teams will be February 28th, 2025; after that there will be no refund for the ENTRY FEE.
Last day to receive a full refund for LATE REGISTRATION teams will be March 8th, 2025; after that there will be no refund for the ENTRY FEE + LATE FEE.
Volleyball: (Cap 20 men’s teams, Cap 16 women’s teams, Max 10 players per team)

**If your team doesn't show up, the SECURITY DEPOSIT and ENTRY FEE will be non-refundable!**
Player Rules:
The committee has decided that there will only be a maximum of TWO Non-Asian players on the court per team. The last day for roster changes must be made before the deadline of March 8th. Teams will be able to have 5 minutes of warm up before each game starts. If a team is not on court 5 minutes after being called, they will forfeit the match. Again we apologize about the minor rule, however, due to school policies we are not allowed to have any underage players participating in the tournament. **Any team found with a minor playing at the event will forfeit the match and receive an automatic disqualification**. ALL players are REQUIRED to show their driver license or identity card when checking into the tournament. Those checking in will receive a wristband that **must be shown before the start of each game**.
