This extended workshop examines how AI agents support complex research workflows and when they offer advantages over traditional browser-based approaches.
Hour 1 covers the foundations of AI agents and agentic workflows, including core concepts, capabilities, and design logic.
Hour 2 applies these ideas in practice using state-of-the-art tools, demonstrating how agent-based research workflows can be used to search, summarize, compare, and synthesize information more effectively.
