And after the event, try out some of Utah's amazing State Parks near Vernal:
- Utah Field House of Natural History State Park Museum: Right in town in Vernal, this one is all about dinosaurs—massive full-scale skeletons, fossil displays, and interactive paleontology stuff.
- Red Fleet State Park: Really scenic red rock area. It's popular for the dinosuar footprints at the park. It’s also one of the best spots around for kayaking and paddleboarding.
- Steinaker State Park: Another awesome park for kayaking and paddleboarding. It’s an officially designated Dark Sky Park, so the stargazing is incredible.
