Utah Wing Conference 2025 - Civil Air Patrol

Greetings Utah Wing Members,

The 2025 UTWG Conference – Service Elevated—will focus on Connecting with members and guest from across the state, Ascending in our celebration of our success, and Preparing ourselves with training and education offered in this one-day even at the Gail Miller Conference Center in Sandy, Utah (9750 S. 300 W.).

The annual event will begin on friday night, March 7th, with a social with food and fellowship. Saturday, March 8th will be packed full of educational and informational sessions

We will have several guest speakers and CAP visitors. A continental breakfast with coffee/hot chocolate/juice, and snacks will be provided during the conference.

Event Time-Line and Cost

• Friday Night Social, March 7th at 1830 - 2100. (Light dinner included - $5) UOD is civilian casual

• Saturday Morning Conference Check-in 7:30 - 8 a.m. $45 Senior Members and $35 for cadets

• Conference Starts at 8 a.m. - UOD is Class A or Class B / Corporate Aviator/ Corporate Polos with grey pants.

• Lunch 1200 - 1300 $12 at the conference center or on your own.

• Hangar Time 1500-1630

• Social Hour 1645 - 1745

• Check- in for Banquet 1715 -1800

• Banquet 1800-2000 $45 - UOD Mess Dress/Formal Civilian Attire/ Class A or equivalent

• Cadet Ball 2000-2130 ($5) UOD Mess Dress/Formal Attire/ Class A
