Event Overview:Join us for a full day of high-speed rally action at the URCRC series race one! This event features concrete, jumps, and technical sections designed to test driver skill and vehicle setup.
All skill levels are welcome—from beginners to experienced racers.
Entry Fees: First car is FREE!!! 5$ cash for each additional car.
Race Format:
- Timed stage rally format
- Drivers run individually against the clock
- Multiple stages (1–4 total depending on turnout)
- Combined stage times determine final standings
- Fastest overall time in each class wins
Classes (All classes will be split by scale: 1/16-1/6):
1. Rally 1 (Pro Class)
- 1/10 scale rally cars (4WD only)
- Brushless motors allowed
- Up to 3S allowed
- No tire restrictions
2. Rally 2 (Sportsman Class)
- 2WD or 4WD rally cars
- Brushed systems
- Max 2S
- No tire restrictions
3. Open Class
- Any scale or drivetrain
- Custom builds, buggies, short course, bashers, etc.
- Run what you brung!
4. Arrma Grom Class's: (Brushed / Brushless)
- Each type will race with its own kind (typhon, mojave, granite)
- Each motor type will be in its own division
- Up to 3S allowed
- No tire restrictions
General Rules - Vehicles:
- Must have rally-style body (except Open class)
- Working throttle return (fail-safe recommended)
- Vehicles must pass basic tech inspection
Tires
- Rubber tires only (no foam slicks)
- No tire additives
- Track conditions may dictate restrictions
Conduct:
- Drivers must marshals flipped/stuck vehicles
- No intentional blocking or interference
- Unsafe driving may result in time penalties or disqualification
Scoring & Penalties
- Time penalties:
- Missed gate: +5 seconds
- Course cut: +10 seconds
- Unsportsmanlike conduct: at race director’s discretion
- DNF (Did Not Finish) = max stage time + penalty
Awards: Bragging rights for now.
