• Emma (Michelle) Richmond's "Inkwashed!"
When catastrophe strikes, a pair of doodled creations must choose between competition and teamwork to save each other.
• Luna McKee's "Lost Track"
After the end of civilization, a cassette player robot embarks on a journey to find new music- gaining an unlikely friend, and a new tune.
• Amina Ömirjan's "Ümit"
In a village without light, a young astronomer named Ümit is determined to bring back the long-lost Sun to her people. Set in the 15th-century Kazakh Kingdom—now modern-day Kazakhstan—the story unfolds in a world shrouded in darkness, where survival grows more difficult by the day. Ümit, inspired by hope, decides to create a tool to reunite her village with the Sun.
• Stacia Black's "Bwinky's Little Big World of Love"
Bwinky happens upon earth and while exploring he comes across a cow.. The Most Beautiful Bovine. As their connection grows we get a look into her impending fate of which she is resigned to. Bwinky attempts to save her, and with some alien magic and love they launch into space and newfound freedom.
• Breanna Lawton and Ashley Hayden's "Whittle Me This" (PG-13)
A Whittler NPC from a popular video game is tasked to save three overconfident players after they are defeated by an angry tree monster. Whittler carves beautiful art into the monster, earning its trust. As Whittler puts in his final touches, a vengeful player interrupts to finish the job.
