Utah County Spring Goddess Circle

As the earth awakens and life begins to bloom again, we are invited into a season of renewal, growth, and gentle expansion. This Spring Goddess Circle is a space for women to come together in a calm, supportive environment to reconnect with themselves and with one another.

This gathering is intentionally simple and deeply nourishing.

You’ll be welcomed into a softly lit space with flowers, candlelight, and gentle ambient sound. We will begin with a short guided meditation accompanied by crystal singing bowls to help you settle into your body and arrive fully.

From there, we’ll move into a shared circle, where each woman is invited (but never required) to reflect on what this season is bringing forward in her life. Whether you feel aligned with the energy of spring or find yourself in a different inner season, all experiences are welcome here.

This is a space to:
• slow down and soften
• connect with other women
• reflect on your current season of life
• be seen, heard, and held without pressure
• return to yourself in a gentle, supported way

You are invited to come exactly as you are.

Light refreshments will be provided.

No prior experience is needed.

Space is intentionally limited to keep the circle intimate.

ABOUT YOUR HOST

Amber has studied music for over 25 years, earning a bachelor's degree in music performance, and has spent the last 8 years studying energy and music therapy, facilitating sound healing events to help others in their journey of personal health, balance and wellness. She is a certified Creatrix in holding sacred women's circles, a certified cacao ceremony facilitator, and she is passionate about the moon, music, and helping others to create freedom in their life through cultivating a deeper connection to nature, body, mind, and spirit
