Join us on Saturday, Nov. 14 for UT MD Anderson’s Boot Walk to End Cancer® and help us celebrate eleven years of uniting supporters globally to give cancer the boot.
Boot Walk is a family-friendly fundraising event that brings together patients, survivors, caregivers, employees, volunteers, sponsors and supporters from around the world in support of UT MD Anderson's mission to end cancer. Participants can join us in Houston or participate virtually from anywhere.
The event features a 1.2-mile walk, live entertainment, family activities, opportunities to connect with the UT MD Anderson community, and inspiring stories that highlight the impact of philanthropy on cancer patients and their families.
Thanks to our generous sponsors, 100% of participant-raised funds directly support UT MD Anderson's mission, including patient programs, research, prevention, and education initiatives. There is no registration fee and no fundraising minimum; however, all participants are encouraged to fundraise and help advance lifesaving cancer care and research.
Participants who raise $100 or more will earn exclusive Boot Walk event swag, including the official 2026 Boot Walk T-shirt. Individuals who raise $10,000 or more and teams that raise $25,000 or more may have the opportunity to direct their fundraising support to an eligible UT MD Anderson program or project, in accordance with current guidelines.
All ages are welcome, and there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Registration/check-in: 8:00 a.m.
Opening Ceremony: 8:45 a.m.
Walk begins (1.2 miles): 9:00 a.m.
Virtual Opening Ceremony: 9:00 a.m. CDT.
Post Walk Celebration: 9:20 a.m.
