Information and knowledge of the Japanese healing art known as Reiki
Energy awareness, grounding, and shielding
How to channel Reiki energy
Body scanning and hand positions
Level I and II atunements
Reiki II symbols and their uses
Meditation and journaling
Guided practice to ensure confidence in giving a complete Reiki session.
Class will be October 10, 2026 10:00am-4:00pm and October 11, 2026 10:00am-4:00pm both classes are required to receive your certification.
Class will be held at Revive Wellness Studio
