Usui Reiki Level 1 Training - CNHC Accredited Training

Who is this course for?

Reiki Level 1 is perfect for complete beginners!

This is the first stage of Reiki healing, where you’ll learn about self healing, treating any past and current imbalances.

You’ll also learn how to give Reiki in a non professional manner to yourself, family, friends, pets and plants. During the training you’ll receive Reiki attunements, which help you to be aligned and open to the Reiki energy allowing you to be able to channel it for your own wellbeing and the wellbeing of those around you.

It could be the first step to becoming a Reiki Practitioner or just a way to focus on your personal development and feel more empowered.

A little about your teacher:

Hi I'm Lexi Frier, a fully qualified Teacher (PTLLS) & Reiki Master Teacher and registered with the UK Reiki Federation and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), this means I am medically viable to provide Reiki and I adhere to a high set of standards set by the UK Government. I also currently work for the NHS providing Reiki to patients on a cancer journey.

All of my training has been moderated through the UK Reiki Federation and The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which means I have gone through a rigorus process to ensure I adhere to the highest standards of training possible.

It's my hope to teach as many people Reiki as possible to a high standard! It's a fabulous practice with numerous benefits, I know this from personal experince!

• What is Reiki?
• How to use Reiki?
• How do you describe it to others?
• The history of Reiki
• Your lineage within the Reiki tradition and how you're directly connected to Usui
• Creating safe space for practice
• The 5 Reiki principles
• What makes a good practitioner?
• How do you set up for giving Reiki?
• How Reiki supports Self Healing and Empowerment
• Cleansing, grounding and protection
• The chakra system
• Hand positions for treating yourself and others
• Mindfulness & meditation,
• The practicalities of Reiki, the code of conduct (including legal and ethical considerations).
• Guide for the 21 days of Reiki
• You’ll also receive all 4 of the Reiki Level 1 Attunements and a workbook to take away.

Light refreshments will be provided, so you’ll need to bring a packed lunch both days, please let me know if there are any serious allergies or dietary requirements.

• Recorded content, to support learning, after the course has been completed

What you need to bring:

If the only thing you turn up with, is you then that is totally fine! You may want to bring a pen, note book, crystals, blankets or anything else to keep you warm, like: blankets, cozy socks and clothes.

The main things to remeber is: you will also need to bring a packed lunch for both days

Accessibility

The course is on the ground floor, however there are some steps to get to the entrance of the building. Please do let me know if you have any accessability issues.

Where to park

There is no designated parking outside Nature Angel in Leeds. Paid street parking is available at the near by Fox and Hound pub.

And on street parking a few mins walk away in all directions. Further details will be sent once booking has been completed

I also recommend the Just Park website/app which has additional parking options.

Nature Angel is 2 mins walk from Horsforth train station, and regular bus service from the centre of Leeds.
