In a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands on or above the client's body in a series of hand positions to transmit the Reiki energy. This allows the client's body to absorb the Reiki energy, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and enhancing the body's natural healing ability.
Learning Reiki is an incredible journey of self-discovery and empowerment. It allows you to take an active role in your own healing and well-being, and to help others as well. Reiki is not a cure for a disease, but rather it is a complement to other forms of medical or therapeutic treatment.
Reiki Level 1 Class Details
In this Reiki Level 1 class, you'll learn the history and principles of Reiki, the hand positions for a self-treatment and to treat others, and receive the Level 1 Reiki attunement to connect you to the Reiki energy. Class is taught by Meghan Black, Reiki Master Teacher of several traditions and accredited by The International Reiki Organization.
