Begin your Reiki journey with this introductory class designed for anyone interested in energy healing. In Reiki I, you’ll learn the history and principles of Reiki, explore how energy flows through the body, and practice basic hand positions for self-healing and offering Reiki to others. This class provides the foundation for your personal Reiki practice, with hands-on experience, guided instruction, and plenty of time for questions. No prior experience is needed—just an open heart and curiosity.
