Welcome to the Usui Reiki I and II Training event! Join us at Down Dog Sedona for an in-person or virtual experience where you will learn the ancient healing art of Reiki led by Reiki Master, Elle, who was taught by William Lee Rand, the founder and president of The International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) .

This training will cover the basics of energy healing and how to channel Reiki energy to promote balance and well-being. Whether you're new to Reiki or looking to deepen your practice, this event is perfect for anyone interested in holistic healing.

Elle holds Reiki sessions at her studio, on the land, at Mii Amo, and for the first time is offering this training to the community to share the gift of Reiki. She is passionate about energy healing and has felt the calling to work with clearing blockages and believes that all of the systems are connected. If the energy channels are blocked it is more difficult for the physcial body to heal. By maintaining healthy energetic, emotional, and physical channels we can maintain balance and strive to be the best versions of ourselves.
