Shoden Level 1 - Reiki
Shoden teaches how to practice healing the self and the basics about helping others. At this level the student is heading out on the path to self-discovery, this is just the beginning. Learning to trust the guidance offered in traditional reiki energy teachings and with continued practice accepting your own personal intuitive energy healing guidance. Reiki 1, Shoden level is the “launching pad” to empower you to trust ancient healing energies & more importantly to open the Self to accepting, trusting & following your intuitive energy flow, developing a healing practice that becomes distinctively yours, honoring the traditions & knowledge of the Ancient Masters.
Level I Reiki is an introduction into the practice of Usui Reiki. The energy channels are opened on a physical level allowing you to more easily connect to the energy and activating the body's innate ability to heal. The class includes manual and certificate as a Reiki Level I practitioner. The class is structured for instructional teaching as well as hands-on practice.
In this training you will be attuned to 1st degree Usui Reiki and learn how to give yourself a Self-Reiki treatment & explore the use of Reiki on others.
You will also learn some personal energy control techniques, energy clearing techniques as well as some of Mara’s personal healing techniques.
Cost is $150 includes manual, attunement & certificate
Limited to 6 participates

CE’s are available for YA members
Please bring lunch/ snack/drink with you and dress comfortably.
