Join us in this reiki 1 class and begin your journey to healing self and others. In this class you will learn:
how to give a Reiki Treatment
the hand placements
how to give a self treatment
how to treat others
the history of Reiki
the Gassho meditation
how to develop scanning to see where Reiki is needed
how to clear ones energy field
You will receive an attunement which will activate, and infuse the Reiki Level I Energy within you.
No previous experience is needed in order to learn Reiki.
The class will be a combination of lecture, discussion, and hands on practice.
Wear comfortable clothing.
We will break for lunch for 30 minutes or so.
Please bring a bagged lunch, plenty of water and snacks, a pen a notebook.
Investment is $185pp
Certificate suitable for framing
I am a member of the ICRT and
I use all International Center for Reiki Training Manuals which are yours to keep after class.
