Level 1 (Shodun) (The Entrance) is the foundation of Reiki healing through the
process of self-treatment. This class is a combination of lecture, discussion,
demonstration, and guided practice. Information and techniques at this level
include:

ï‚· Reiji-ho-developing your intuition
ï‚· Byosen Scanning-detecting where Reiki is needed

ï‚· Ghoshi ho-sending Reiki with the eyes
ï‚· The complete hand system for self treatment
ï‚· How to empower goals with Reiki
ï‚· How to heal unwanted habits
ï‚· Hyashi healing guide
ï‚· A 177 page Reiki Manual Reiki The Healing Touch by William Rand
​Participants who complete this class will receive a Level 1 Certification.
