Usui/ Holy Fire Shoden Level 1

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that promotes relaxation, healing, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of "life force energy" through the patients body. It may relieve physical pain, accelerate natural healing, prevent disease progression, detoxify the body, release energetic blockage, and help release/heal emotional wounds. When energy flows freely without blockage, we experience complete inner control and increase our body's vibrational frequency.

In this level 1 training you will receive the First Degree Reiki energy placement of Holy Fire® and Usui Reiki attunement. The class is a combination of lectures, discussion, attunements, meditations, and a hands on experience which includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment.
