🌸 Usui Holy Fire Reiki Level 1 – Certification & Initiation Day Join me for a deeply nurturing and transformative day as you are initiated into the gentle and powerful energy of Reiki. This beautiful one-day course is designed to guide you back to yourself — to reconnect with your energy, your intuition, and your natural ability to heal. Reiki has profoundly transformed my own path, and it is an honour to share this sacred practice with you. ✨ What is Reiki Level 1? Reiki Level 1 is centred on self-healing, the foundation of all energy work. Before we can support others, we begin with ourselves. Reiki offers a gentle and compassionate way to reconnect with your own Qi (life force energy), helping you to understand where healing is needed — physically, emotionally and energetically.
🌿 What You’ll Learn & Experience During this immersive day, you will: Learn the history and foundations of Reiki Understand how Holy Fire Reiki energy works Receive your Reiki placement (attunement) through guided meditation Learn hand positions for self-healing Practise giving and receiving Reiki with others This is a deeply supportive and heart-opening experience, suitable for complete beginners.
