Entries & Deadline:
Enter online at https://adminskiracing.com/ .The deadline is February 20 at 11:59pm. A late fee of $10 will apply if registering after February 20 at 11:59pm. Team Captain’s Meeting: TBA. All competitors must be represented.
Tickets and Waivers:
(Available only to registered racers of this USSA Event).
All racers must use this link (link to be updated) to purchase their discounted tickets AND to complete their Race Waiver for Whitefish Mountain Resort. Athlete tickets are $55 per day for 13+ and $48 per day for 7 to12-year-olds. Tickets must be purchased online no later than 11:59 pm Wednesday, February 21. Pre-purchased lift tickets must be picked up by Team Captains at Race Headquarters (upstairs of Events Building; enter from west side) at 7:30 AM on race day. Racer tickets will not be available at the ticket office. Racers from Red Lodge and Great Divide are eligible for free tickets at WMR. Please choose the Red Lodge or Great Divide option from the drop-down menu when purchasing tickets online. Racers with season passes at WMR (FVSEF or others) must also sign a race waiver at https://WMRwaiver.eventbrite.com.
Coach Tickets:
Tickets will only be issued for coaches who have registered online through the Admin Ski Racing website. Please register for each day and each gender. Tickets for all coaches MUST be picked up at Race Headquarters (upstairs of Events Building) by their respective Team Captains who will sign a certification form. Tickets must be distributed only to those coaches listed on the certification form–no exceptions. Coaches whose USSA status is “pending” will not receive a ticket. One coach ticket per gender plus one coach for each 10 additional competitors on a team will be issued. Coaches must sign a WMR waiver using the link (https://WMRwaiver.eventbrite.com) no later than Wednesday, February 20 at 11:59pm.
Bibs:
Team captains will pick up their team’s bibs Saturday 2/22 when they pick up lift tickets at Race Headquarters starting at 7:30 AM. Bibs will be collected at the end of each race day at the finish and redistributed at the start the following morning. Teams will be invoiced $100.00 for any missing bibs assigned to their team.

Volunteers:
Volunteers and Race Officials are always needed and rewarded with a day ticket voucher valid for 12 months. A day ticket for the day you volunteer will also be provided for nonseason pass holders. Please send all volunteer inquiries to [email protected]. Please sign a WMR waiver ahead of time HERE . Gate judges for the weekend slalom races are especially needed. Volunteers will check in with the Volunteer Coordinator in the Hellroaring Saloon at 7:30 am each morning. See parking information below and please plan accordingly.
Parking:
Dogwood lot is the recommended parking lot and is free with 3+ passengers when parking. Larch lot is also a good option after dropping off passengers near the Bierstube. Other Upper Village parking lots (Alder, Birch, Cedar) are pay parking but may not open until 7:30 am., and Alder parking lot is for permitted parking and short term drop off only. Breakfast/Gear Storage:
Still to be confirmed: Breakfast burritos, coffee, and juice will be available for purchase each weekend day (not Friday) at the Bierstube starting at 7:30 AM. The Bierstube (not Ed & Mully’s Restaurant) will also be available for booting up; however, bags may not be stored in the Bierstube or at Ed & Mully’s.

TRANSPORTATION, PARKING AND SHUTTLES
What are my transport options getting to the event and around the village?
The SNOW Bus will also operate between Whitefish and Whitefish Mountain Resort. A shuttle will operate in the upper village areas, and all parking lots will be open through the event. Please obey all parking signage and park as per normal.
