Weigh ins: Friday the 19th at the gym from 10am-6pm or Saturday before the competition at 8:00-9:00 am

Spectators will pay a $15 fee except for small children

5 Rep Log Clean Each and Press
60s time limit, quickest to 5 reps, ties possible if under 5 reps, down commands
5 Rep Deadlift, Up and Down Commands
60s time limit, quickest to 5 reps, ties possible if under 5 reps, up and down commands
Suits, straps ok, DL bar
Farmers 40ft up and back with turn
60s time limit, quickest time, unlimited drops, 2s slide penalty, front of implement must cross the finish line
Fingal Fingers
60s time limit, ties possible
Sandbag Carry and Load
3 bags placed 10 15 20 feet away from bar, 44 inch bar women and 52 inch bar men
60s time limit, quickest to load all 3, ties possible if under 3 reps
Comp shirt on each event, ok to wear grip shirt under, no tacky on anything, gloves ok on loading event and fingal fingers
This is a great show to qualify for THE 2025 USS NATIONALS in June in Concord, NC!
The venue is indoors and loud with an energetic atmosphere!
