USPC Festival is held every other year at the Kentucky Horse Park, the famed 1,200-acre working horse farm and educational park dedicated to man's relationship with horses. More than 2,500 Pony Club members, volunteers, and families participate, and the public comes to enjoy the festivities as spectators. USPC Festival has two parts: Championships and Education.
Mounted and unmounted clinics and workshops taught by Olympians, Pony Club experts, and equine industry professionals are held the first part of the week.
Championships is competition in eight Pony Club disciplines: Dressage, Eventing, Mounted Games, Polocrosse, Quiz, Show Jumping, Tetrathlon, and Western Dressage. This year includes Open Gymkhana and Trail competitions. Competition takes place Thursday, July 16 thru Sunday, July 19.
Throughout the week, participants, families, and visitors can visit and shop at the USPC Festival trade fair; experience all discipline competitions, instruction, a mock foxhunt on the cross country course. See Lendon Gray Master Dressage, Doug Payne Master Show Jumping, and Liberty clinics; and see the Pony Club International Mounted Games Competition.

EDUCATION
Pony Club members and all equine enthusiasts are invited to participate in the 1 1/2 hour mounted clinics in a variety of disciplines and skill levels including polocrosse. Participants may attend unlimited unmounted workshops on a wide variety of equine topics. Workshops take place Monday July 13 thru Wednesday July 15.
The registration closing date is Wednesday, July 1.

EDUCATION FEES
Mounted Clinics All Disciplines $125.00 per ride ($40 discount if 4 rides are chosen) Office Fee $15, Non-member fee $45
Stabling $65 horse per night (3 nights required)
CHAMPIONSHIPS
COMPETITION ENTRY INFORMATION
Riders must be 10 years old as of January 1, 2026, and an APA member OR Pony Club member with a minimum D2 certification. Eligible riders must have competed in an APA-sanctioned tournament or play day, or have ridden 2 competition chukkas in front of an APA Umpire during 2025 thru June 24, 2026, the closing date.
The entry closing date is Wednesday, June 24.

TEAM CONFIGURATION
Teams composed of 3 riders and one or two Stable Managers. Divisions will be balanced based on the APA rating scale. APA members are invited to compete. Teams and divisions can consist of any mix of USPC members and APA members. E, D, C, A/B Grade divisions will be offered. Two Stable Managers are recommended. The first Stable Manager may be a replacement rider (if eligible) and is responsible for the extra/replacement mount.

All Competitors Championships Entry $385
Office Fee $15
Stabling $65 horse per night (3 nights required)
Unmounted Stable Managers $0 no fee
Mounted Stable Managers $100
AWARDS
The overall winner will be the team that wins the highest number of games, combined with the Horse Management score. The APA Sportsmanship Award and the Cadillac Award will be given.
