A student party with a friendly judo competition tacked on!
Some teams arrive Friday evening, some on Saturday morning.
Fun student team Judo competition, gets competitive in latter stages but emphasis on enjoyment and great spirit.
Saturday, we provide food for lunch and dinner.
After the competition, on to a pub for the (optional) boat race - in the past we know some teams have held selections for their boat race team (Bristol uni, looking at you!)!
Then on to a night out (student union) and eventually crashing out on the tatami.
Folk head home on Sunday (and we give the mats a good cleaning!!).
Not point scoring, keeping it fun
Open grade, we often have kyu grade teams having a go against Dan grade teams
