User Experience Design Meets AI
About this Event
This event is a special edition of our Service Design Meets, created together with POLI.design Experience Design Academy, on how to approach the UX workflow in the AI era.
The goal for the evening is to gather as a community, with experts working in the digital design and service design fields, to unfold what is happening in our everyday work. How is AI changing the way in which we approach UX design? What shifts do we see in the practice and what risks should we be aware of?
During the event we will:
- discuss the overall worldwide trends and challenges of UX design sector with AI adoption and approaches to it
- deep dive into the process of our work discussing the steps where working with AI makes sense and brings value and where it on the contrary creates risks.
- try to reflect on the changes of our identities and even how to best name what we do :)
