USDTC Honeymoon Hound Meetup

Everybody and their dogs are invited for a get together at Honeymoon Island Pet Beach on Saturday, 7/18. It is suggested to arrive early if possible, between 8am and 8:30am, to beat some of the heat and traffic. Stay for as long or short of a time as you like. We will be setting up near the South Pavilion, a big 2 story building that is easy to find, even if you're unfamiliar with the park. Bring coolers, snacks, beach blanket or chairs, towels and whatever your dog may need. A canopy or umbrella for shade will be appreciated if you plan to stay long enough for the sun to get high. It is a relatively short distance between the parking area and our section of beach. The park entrance fee is $8 for vehicles with up to 8 occupants and $4 for singles. Park rules call for all dogs to be leashed. There is a fresh water hose for rinsing, but it's not the best. Rain date, if needed is Sunday, 7/19. Tell a friend and let's have some fun!
