Meet Christian Busch, PhD:

USC Marshall Associate Professor of Clinical Management and Organization

Christian Busch, PhD, is a renowned business professor at USC Marshall and an affiliate researcher at the London School of Economics. He co-founded Sandbox Network and Leaders on Purpose and was previously Co-Director of LSE’s Innovation Center.

His research on leadership, innovation, and serendipity is widely published and featured in outlets like Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and BBC. Christian is the author of the bestseller The Serendipity Mindset and has received multiple awards, including the Masini Award for Innovative Scholarship.

Recognized by Thinkers50 Radar and CAPITAL's "Top 40 under 40," he speaks at global forums like the World Economic Forum and TEDx, advising companies such as Unilever and Siemens.
