🏆 USA Yoga National Championship 2026
The USA Yoga National Championship returns as part of the State Games of America, one of the largest Olympic-style amateur sporting events in the country.
📍 NEW VENUE – PLEASE NOTE
This year’s event will not be held at the State Theatre.
👉 We will be competing on campus at:
Nittany Valley Sports Centre
Penn State University – State College, PA
USA Yoga will be featured alongside national competitions in:
• Baton Twirling
• Gymnastics
This is a true multi-sport environment, elevating Yoga Asana Sport onto the national athletic stage.
🧘♂️ COMPETITION ENVIRONMENT
Athletes should be prepared for a sports venue setting, not a quiet theater.
This may include:
• Ambient noise
• Music and announcements
• Multiple events happening within the venue
👉 This is part of competing as a sport.
Learning to focus and perform under these conditions is part of the athlete experience.

Athletes should begin planning travel and lodging now.

Athletes must participate in a USA Yoga Qualifier to compete at Nationals and determine order of performance.

🌎 TEAM USA & WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Athletes earning top placements at the USA Yoga National Championship may be invited to represent Team USA at the 17th IYSF World Yogasanas Championship in Italy, December 4–6, 2026. Additional invitations may be extended based on final rankings and athlete availability.
