Greetings Dancers!Join us Saturday, February 8, as we welcome back the fabulous Abigail Roach from Bluegrass Ballroom to USA Dance. Abigail will be teaching us the Waltz, assisted by her wonderful husband Andrew, and we are so looking forward to it! Waltz is a romantic dance known for its lovely rise and fall using a box step in ¾ timing. The count is one-two-three and perfect for soft lilting music. You can dance it to both modern and classical tunes.
After the lesson, you’ll enjoy an evening of Ballroom dancing. We play several genres of music, and you’ll have many opportunities to dance Waltz, West Coast Swing, Cha Cha, Rumba, and more. Lots of variety and no partner required- singles welcome!
***And we have a special treat planned for you this evening: Abigail and Andrew will be performing their Rising Star Competition West Coast Swing routine! You won’t want to miss it!
