US Northeast Chapter Learning Series – Rochester, NY

The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester is pleased to host the US Northeast Chapter Learning Series on May 18–19, 2026.

This regional convening will bring together organizational leaders and senior staff from across the Northeast to explore strategies for building and strengthening hospital partnerships and advancing innovative local programs that support families with seriously ill or injured children.

Event Details

• Sunday, May 17
  Optional arrival date. A room block is available for those who wish to arrive early.
• Monday, May 18
  Programming will begin at 1:00 PM and will take place at Golisano Children’s Hospital in a dedicated meeting space. The afternoon will include sessions and guided tours of Rochester’s House Within the Hospital. The evening will conclude with a group dinner at the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester / University & Medical Center.
• Tuesday, May 19
  Full-day programming will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester / University & Medical Center, concluding at approximately 5:30 PM.

Cost
There is no cost to attend this learning series but registration is required.

Attendees are responsible for their own hotel accommodations. A discounted room block has been secured at the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester / University & Medical Center at a rate of $189 per night. Reserve your room here.
