Please join us for a very special and once in a lifetime event as the Commonwealth of Massachusetts officially dedicates the Quaker Meeting House Road Bridge in Sandwich as the United States Marine Staff Sergeant Raymond G. Tourville Veterans Memorial Bridge.
Staff Sergeant Raymond G. Tourville, a proud son of Sandwich, served our nation bravely and honorably in the United States Marine Corps. In his memory, the very bridge he traveled over daily on his way to high school will now forever carry his name through Massachusetts state law.
This public bridge dedication ceremony will honor Ray, his service, his sacrifice, and the Tourville family. All are invited to stand together as a community in remembrance, gratitude, and pride for one of Sandwich’s own.
Following the ceremony, everyone is invited to gather for fellowship and a luncheon at:
