This form along with Urban Air waiver must be completed by 6/23/2026 in order to be permitted into the facility. Failure to not comply will result in no entry allowed and no refund.

STRICTLY ENFORCED – NO EXCEPTIONS

Urban Air Sterling Heights is working to provide teenagers with a safe, controlled environment to have fun in the midst of all the widespread chaos happening across the country. In order for this event to happen safely, all rules and expectations below are set in stone.

Failure to follow ANY rule below will result in immediate removal from the facility. Parent/guardian will be contacted immediately, and depending on the severity of the situation, the participant will wait with Urban Air staff and/or police until picked up.

Because all expectations are clearly stated ahead of time, NO REFUNDS will be issued.

EVENT RULES

Once admitted into the building, participants who leave the facility will NOT be permitted to re-enter. NO exceptions.

1. All attendees MUST pre-register in advance in order to attend.
   NO walk-ins will be allowed.
2. All required forms and signed rules agreements must be completed and returned by the stated deadline.
3. Participants must be dropped off and picked up by their parent or legal guardian only.
4. All attendees must bring a valid school ID or state-issued ID for entry.
5. NO weapons of any kind are permitted, including anything that could be used as a weapon.
6. NO alcohol.
7. NO drugs or illegal substances.
8. NO vaping, smoking, or tobacco products.
9. NO backpacks or large bags allowed. Small purses may be permitted but will be subject to security inspection.
10. NO outside food or drinks allowed, including water bottles. Any outside items will need to be thrown away before entry.
11. NO disrespect toward Urban Air staff, security, police officers, or other guests at any time.
12. NO fighting, roughhousing, threats, or aggressive behavior.
13. NO destruction of property.
14. NO stealing.
15. All standard Urban Air safety rules must also be followed at all times, including but not limited to:

A. Urban Air is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. If it is valuable, leave it at home. We do have some lockers available to rent.

B. DO NOT bring phones, AirPods, money, jewelry, or valuables into the Warrior Course (Ball Pit). If dropped, they will most likely be lost permanently.

C. The same applies to the Battle Beam/Foam Pit area.

D. ONLY one person per trampoline square at a time.

E. NO running, flipping, wrestling, or sitting on trampolines.

F. Follow all staff safety instructions immediately.

G. NO intentionally crashing go-karts into one another.

H. No jumping over any fencing in the facility!
