Urban Beekeeping for Beginners Workshop Series

Join us for an exciting workshop series presented by Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Dallas County, designed for beginning beekeepers or individuals with an interest in beekeeping.

Kicking off on November 21, is "Intro to Beekeeping” will provide insights into the practical and legal aspects of urban beekeeping. Further sessions will provide introductions to bee life, bee equipment, bee plants and bee safety. Lots of hands-on activities will be included, such as hive demonstration, bee life cycle and assembling and using bee equipment.

Finally, on December 14 from 9 AM to 12 PM, don't miss our keynote speaker discussing the "State of Beekeeping in Texas," along with a brunch featuring local bee associations and vendors. Reserve your spot today and get ready to launch your beekeeping journey.
