Urban Awareness & Self-Defence Workshop

With nights drawing in earlier, concerns around anti social behaviour in town centres, and increasing amounts of people feeling unsafe locally and nationally, I felt that now is the right time to deliver this much needed comprehensive workshop in Bedford.
Our experienced instructor will guide you through effective, practical and easy-to-apply techniques to:
- Improve situational awareness -
- Build confidence in urban environments -
- Gain knowledge to stay safe and protect yourself in real-world situations -
We'll also be discussing strategies for everyday people to feel more capable walking the streets and how to handle urban situations.
This will not be a ‘MMA’ sport based workshop, this will be specially designed for the urban environment, taking into account factors that do not play into ‘combat sports’.
