This class is a combination of our Urban and Mother/Daughter self-defense classes, so it’s perfect for all women – with or without daughters!

Class includes instruction on situational awareness, boundary setting, safety tips for everyday life, and physical self defense instruction, including training on how to escape if you're grabbed.
Additionally, you'll learn how to safely and effectively use pepper gel, tactical pens, and tactical flashlights.
