📍 Location: Isham St, NY, NY, United States Description Join me, your host Kaity, for a revitalizing afternoon of movement, forest bathing, meditation, and journaling in the scenic surroundings of Uptown. Together, we will explore a moderate forest trail, requiring no prior hiking experience. As we venture into the forest, I will guide the group through a forest bathing experience and grounding meditation, culminating with journaling and connecting in a community circle. In light of the summer season and global humanitarian crises, reconnecting with nature and each other feels more important than ever, especially if you live in the city. Spending time in nature has numerous benefits: it reduces stress, improves mood, enhances creativity, and promotes overall well-being. As your guide, I'll lead us through Uptown's stunning trails, offering journaling prompts and grounding practices to help us connect in community and, most importantly, have FUN. All sales are non-refundable. 10% of proceeds will go to local community organizations.
