About this Event

All levels yoga class under the greenery and disco ball in Upstairs at Bow. This morning class will energize and center you while strength. Class will end with an extended shavasana.

This class is set to modern music mostly r&b. The music will be uncensored.

Must bring your own yoga mat.

Class is taught by Zola of Be Easy Meditation. 200 hour YTT & 3 years yoga teaching experience.
