Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of ancient Tibetan singing bowls and resonant gongs, promoting relaxation, stress release, and energetic realignment.

Along with the sound bath, we will guide you through powerful circular breathwork, an activating practice that stimulates your system, clears blockages, and invigorates your energy. Through this breathwork, you’ll release tension and emotional stagnation, fostering a deep sense of reconnection within.

Carol, a certified breathwork facilitator and sound healing therapist, brings her extensive studies with world-renowned masters and her unique intuition to create an experience unlike any other. Blending Reiki, Qi Gong, meditation, and her expertise in breathwork and sound healing, Carol guides you toward deep healing, self-discovery, and reconnection with yourself and others.

And to make this experience even more special, you'll have the chance to unwind in the presence of our friendly, on-site cat, who adds to the peaceful, homely environment of the loft. It’s a gentle reminder to embrace calm and enjoy a truly cozy, healing atmosphere.
