Join the Unitarian Universalists Social Justice Council on Saturday, April 11th, for a powerful community screening of Uprooted: A Journey of Jazz DanceThis feature-length documentary celebrates the African history and cultural significance of jazz dance while honestly exploring its political influences, including themes of resilience and racial justice. Admission to this event is free and open to the public; however, donations are gratefully accepted at the door to support the Council’s ongoing justice initiatives. We believe art should be accessible to everyone and welcome your presence and your support.
