uproot is a guided movement experience on the third Thursday of each month from 7:00-8:30 PM. It begins with grounding, breath, and body awareness, then opens into rhythm and expression, ending with ecstatic dance.
No pressure. No performance. Just space to move, release, and reconnect.
Every body is welcome.
No dance experience needed.
