The Little Bellas Upper Valley Weekly Play Program is the perfect way for girls ages 7 to 11 to spend their summer Wednesdays riding bikes, playing games, and building confidence outdoors. Meeting at the Boston Lot Nature Walk Trailhead in Lebanon, NH, this six week program welcomes riders of all abilities in a fun, supportive environment.
Each session is built around play, exploration, and connection. Girls ride trails, participate in on bike and off bike games, and learn mountain bike skills through movement and laughter. From bridges and wooded trails to creative games like bike limbo and color powder challenges, every week offers something new and exciting.
Girls ride alongside our team of Mentors (we mentor, we don’t coach) and are encouraged to try new things, cheer each other on, and celebrate progress in a non competitive space. The focus is on fun, friendship, and building confidence on and off the bike.
