Upper Valley Community Band Concert & BBQ ($)~ Rain or Shine ~ Bring Chairs

Dear Community Member,
Six years ago at the height of the Covid pandemic, three non-profit organizations in the Upper Valley had an idea to get the community out and bring us together. We created an outdoor event that was safe and fun on Labor Day Weekend to listen to some music and have some BBQ. That event has evolved into Music For A Cause raising funds for two great NH regional camps that support underserved and at-risk kids. Copper Cannon Camp in Bethlehem, NH and Camp Mayhew in Bristol, NH. Copper Cannon Camp is the NH State Elk’s long standing major project. The Hanover Lions Club has helped support Camp Mayhew for over 40 years. These two camps have similar missions and collaborate with each other to
provide a wonderful experience for the kids who might not have this opportunity and through testimonies have had a positive effect on the lives of these children. Please help The Lebanon Elks Club, The Hanover Lions Club & Upper Valley Community Band as they once again join forces to raise funds to support the missions of these camps. Close-knit communities don’t simply materialize. People work together to create cohesion, trust and-in this case-Music! The concert by the UVCB, under the direction of Mark Nelson along with a BBQ ($) put on by the Lebanon Elks will take place for the 6th year on:
