In this upper room meditation I teach you how to create a sacred space to make that connection to your Spirit guides and loved ones. This is where I go when I need to have a “sit down” with my team to get answers on questions I have been struggling with. We all have angelic and spiritual support and this is a great way to get focused in and have the shoulder of Spirit to lean on. It’s amazing to see who shows up. In this class you will only need a pen and paper to take notes.
