Dr. Charlotte Robinson has worked closely with Full Cycle's top Bike Fit Specialists—Ryan Ignatz, Jaime Jacoby, and Tom Robey—for years, refining a shared approach to optimal cycling posture, mechanics, and injury prevention. Through ongoing discussions and collaborative workshops, they’ve developed a common language around bike fit, technique, and the root causes of pain while riding.
As Boulder’s leading physical therapy clinic, Alpine Fit takes a whole-body approach to diagnosing and treating pain—focusing on the root cause, not just the symptoms. In this series, Dr. Charlotte will break down riding technique flaws, mobility limitations, and muscle imbalances that contribute to pain, while offering practical bike fit adjustments and movement strategies to keep you riding strong.
Whether you’re a mountain biker, gravel grinder, or road speedster, this workshop will give you the tools to ride pain-free and perform at your best! Don’t miss out on this expert-led series designed to keep you on the bike and out of pain.
