Uplift Putnam Farming Hope and Love for Our Community
Uplift Communities mission is to harness the strength of the rural communities by addressing the barriers/access to services, by creating collaboration with the faith communities providing support, education and training, and highlighting local resources to serve individuals with mental health and substance misuse needs and reducing stigma.
