Over six engaging weeks, participants will explore pinelands, hardwood forests, scrub habitats, and dry prairies through expert-led presentations, field trips, wildlife studies, interpretation activities, and student-led projects. Walk restored habitats, visit state parks and preserves, learn from biologists and conservation professionals, and gain a deeper understanding of the plants, animals, and ecological processes that shape Florida’s uplands.
