Upcycling Kids Clothing Workshop

For when your child loves an outfit so much it end up with stains and holes but you don't want it to just end up in landfill - give it a new lease of life by upcycling!

In this beginner-friendly workshop we will go through various techniques to extend the life of our kids clothes such as covering holes with fun applique, visible mending, turning trousers into shorts and more.

Bring along some old clothing that you want your tot to get some more wear out of, or find something in a charity shop that you'd like to make a little funkier. I will also have a few pieces of second hand clothing for people to use.

Suitable for beginners, we will be mostly hand stitching so that your new skills can be used whether you own a sewing machine or not. I will have a sewing machine set up for anyone wanting demonstrations or to have a go.

All materials and tools provided - just bring some clothing with you. You will also receive a goody bag to take home and continue your new skills!
