Marcy Morris is a multidisciplinary artist, poet, writer and teaching artist whose visual work spans portrait painting, live sketching, wearable art, creative movement, and qigong. Inspired by people, nature, music, and the energy of community, her work explores human connection through vibrant color, expressive motion, and storytelling.

Named in honor of African storytellers and urban slang, We are a folk holistic wellness cafe. Flying with the stories of our ancestors, the magic in the present, and our intent for the future.

We uplift the black, brown, and local community through being a platform for inspiring folk artists & local businesses, hosting transformative experiences, offering natural wellness products.

We are intentional in creating authentic beautiful spaces to share stories, activate our creativity, educate one another, map toward our goals, support one another to see the beauty in themselves and fly.
