Headliner bio:
Rory O'Hanlon (Ireland) - Rory is a crowd-favourite since Hague English Comedy Night's founding and we're so happy to have him back! Having started his career in Dublin, he is currently a regular at top comedy clubs across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Described by Chortle as having “presence, poise and timing” and by the Irish Times as having “a joke every 30 seconds”, his rapid fire delivery regularly has audiences crying with laughter. A regular face on Irish TV, Rory has been seen on RTE’s New Comedy Awards, Republic of Telly and alongside Des Bishop in Under the Influence. He is also a veteran of stage performing with 10 consecutive solo shows at Edinburgh Fringe, including performing at The Stand’s ‘Best of Irish’ show, as well as recent appearances at both Perth & Adelaide Fringe Festivals.
Feature support bio:
Adrian Mackinder (UK) - Adrian has been performing professionally for almost twenty years as a stand-up comic, improviser, presenter, actor, voiceover artist and podcaster. His unique, distinctive and surreal comedic voice covers just about anything, from his experiences as a slightly confused Englishman living in Denmark, to family, parenthood and relationships, work and vacation, life, death, and the universe! A natural improvisor, he is equally comfortable with his written material or off-the-cuff crowdwork. He is naturally quick, witty, warm and engaging.
