An early morning upbeat Friday flowing yoga class built around continuous movement, linking each asana with the breath as we deepen, strengthen and lengthen our postures. A flow will be created in each class that leaves you feeling energised, joyful and full of curiosity and fun. The class closes with a soothing, immersive sound bath to lead you into the weekend with a spring in your step.
Join us at Seven Lion Yard in South West London, Clapham, where you can move that body and explore your range of movement. Nestled within a luxurious gated courtyard, our award-winning studio is private, peaceful and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your flow.
