UOHI Patient Alumni Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of your Patient Alumni Association would like to invite you to attend this year's AGM in person.
By attending you will see:

• Presentations by board members on various activities and events and a great overview of an Alumni funded project starting up at the Institute.
• Dr. Beanlands once again offer his remarks to the membership with this year's focus on the 50th year celebrations and the One Million Canadian Hearts initiative.
• Lianne Laing, President of the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation will share her insights on the importance of community support for the Institute and talk about some of the wonderful events that have been held and are being planned.
• The presentation of this year's prestigious Wilbert Keon and Mary Clinckett awards.
• The annual financial statements.

There will be time set aside for Q&A, followed by an opportunity to mingle with the board of directors, other Alumni and hospital staff. Refreshments will be served.

(2'nd floor on the far side of the rehab centre walking track).

L’assemblée générale de l’association des anciens patients de l’ICUO

Le conseil d'administration de votre Association des anciens patients souhaite vous inviter à assister en personne à l'assemblée générale annuelle de cette année.
En assistant, vous verrez :

• Des présentations des membres du conseil sur diverses activités et événements ainsi qu'un excellent aperçu d'un projet financé par les anciens patients qui démarre à l'Institut.
• Le Dr Beanlands offrira une fois de plus ses remarques aux membres, cette année axées sur les célébrations du 50e anniversaire et l'initiative Un Million de Cœurs Canadiens.
• Lianne Laing, présidente de la Fondation de l'Institut de cardiologie de l'Université d'Ottawa, partagera ses réflexions sur l'importance du soutien communautaire pour l'Institut et parlera de certains des merveilleux événements qui ont eu lieu et sont en cours de préparation.
• La présentation des prestigieux prix Wilbert Keon et Mary Clinckett de cette année.
• Les états financiers annuels.

Il y aura un temps réservé pour les questions et réponses, suivi d'une opportunité de rencontrer les membres du conseil d'administration, d'autres anciens patients et le personnel de l'hôpital. Des rafraîchissements seront servis.
