The biggest MOVE IN WEEKEND event is back! This year we have gone even bigger and secured the infamous UNDER THE PROM exclusively for you all with student drinks offers all night long!
Every year 100s of students enjoy the legendary POUND PARTY and true to our word every year the first 50 tickets still only cost £1!
This event is a right of passage for all new UOG starters and tickets are refundable if you do not get accepted into UOG!

Refund Policy:
This event is refundable if you do not get accepted at university in Gloucester. All refund requests must be sent before Friday 14th August 2026. Alternately tickets are also transferrable to the Opening Party/Welcome Party events in Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Northampton, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Bangor (with more cities TBA)
T&Cs of our refund policy are as follows:
1. You must have purchased your ticket before Wednesday 12th August 2026 to be eligible for a refund
2. To apply for a refund, you must send us UCAS evidence that you did not get into the University of Gloucestershire along with one form of photographic ID
3. You must email [email protected] before 15/08/25 with the subject line "UOG Freshers - Pound Party Refund"
4. It can take up to 14 working days from receipt of your email for us to process your freshers week wristband refund
